The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a good area, right by the center and the train station. The room was modern and soundproof with all amenities, we were happy about that. Had a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a dishwasher at our disposal.

Stayed here for 4 nights and didn't feel like leaving. It was a perfect hotel - I really enjoyed nice staff and good location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is unbeatable as it's right next to the train station. Secondly, the room was very spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchenette- perfect for cooking meals. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the room were just what I needed for a comfortable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The first thing that caught my attention was the well-equipped kitchenette in the room. The location was also perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station and a supermarket nearby. It was so convenient to buy groceries and cook our own meals in the room. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings which was perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The room had no AC and we had to keep the windows open to relieve the heat. This made the noise from the street unbearable, especially during the night which made it difficult to sleep.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be extremely convenient. The location was in a quiet residential neighborhood, but it was very easy to reach by public transportation as it was very close to the S-Bahn station. The hotel facilities were impressive, and my room was sparkling clean, thanks to the staff who were very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the fact that I could buy food from the market below and cook my meals in the room. The breakfast at the little cafe attached to the lobby was very convenient for a quick bite before heading out.

The room at Smartments Business Berlin Karlshorst was excellent, just like in the photo. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of mineral water and beer waiting for me in the fridge upon check-in. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were impeccable. The location of the hotel next to the train station made it convenient for exploring the city. The supermarket within the building was a convenient bonus. The kitchenette in the room was a great addition, allowing me to cook my own meals. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with ample storage space and a small kitchenette which was very convenient for a business trip. The location was perfect for attending an event in the area and its proximity to public transportation made it an excellent base for exploring the city. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, providing printing services and restaurant recommendations.

There were a few minor issues with noise from nearby train tracks and some awkward kitchen design, but these were not major concerns and did not significantly detract from the overall experience. the stay was enjoyable and met my needs for a short business trip.
